Our Program
Our Youth program empowers students to build confidence, discipline, and leadership through age-appropriate Gracie Jiu-Jitsu training. Classes focus on developing physical strength, coordination, and technique while teaching practical self-defense and sport Jiu-Jitsu skills in a structured, supportive environment.
Engaging drills and dynamic games keep teens motivated and help them retain techniques effectively, ensuring they learn how to defend themselves with efficiency and control. Beyond the mats, students grow into confident, respectful leaders ready to succeed in all areas of life.
Complete Jiu-Jitsu Progression
Students build on foundational skills and begin learning advanced techniques, gaining the tools for both competition and real-world self-defense—no prior experience needed.
Confident, Nonviolent Bully Prevention
Teens are taught to navigate conflict with maturity—learning how to protect themselves without escalating situations or becoming aggressors.
Character & Leadership Training
Classes are structured to build responsibility, self-respect, and leadership—helping students develop qualities that extend far beyond martial arts.
